# Fees: worked example

This example follows interest from a borrower to a staked shUSD holder.

| Borrower rate | 12–14% | The rate brokers charge today |

| Less management and performance fees | \[TBD] | A 0.50–0.75% management fee on deployed capital, plus a performance fee only on returns above the hurdle |
